Rust Audio roadmap

We got a lot of awesome info in the Rust Audio thread. At this point it’s a good idea to create a roadmap for the site as well.

Here’s a list of what needs to be done. As a reference, here is the current site (this link is not update proof, be warned).

  • Homepage
    • Resources

      • Description: Resources are links OR original articles meant to help with rust-specific audio development OR audio development fundamentals. Each resource is a page with either an external link or body content. Generic, one page resources go in the resources directory under content. Multi-part guides can go in their own section with multiple subsections.
      • Create tags taxonomies
        • DSP
        • Synthesizers
        • Effects
        • etc.
      • Create crate taxonomies (resources that are tied to specific crate(s))
      • Create Resource index page
        • Display why this page exists, how it should be used, and how to contribute
    • Latest Section

      • This section shows every recent original created resource. This part is helpful for SEO purposes, too.
    • Projects Page - This page shows every resources that has a crates taxonomy. This is essentially the same as resources except with easier grouping for highlighted crates.

      • Index page per crate that displays more information and resources for that crate, e.g. Github link.

that demo looks great. Thanks for putting it together!
