Help land the bounded SPSC queue in Crossbeam

Stjepang has been working on a simple queue intended for use in audio applications. It would be really swell if we could keep an eye on it and offer any help by testing it out and offering feedback. This is a great opportunity where multi-threading experts can collaborate with audio programmers (who also have a lot of multi-threading experience) to come up with some rad stuff.

Maybe in the future we could fork it out into a ‘audio-toolkit’ or something, but for now it makes sense to help out with crossbeam.
